Mr. Sunny Lee is presently a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong
and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas). As the Company's Chief Information Officer,
Mr. Lee has an overall responsibility for the company's IT strategy and implementation.
His dedication on building the I.T. capabilities to support Towngas greatly increases
its operation efficiency. Prior to joining Towngas, Mr. Lee was the Vice President
& Systems Director of Bank of America in Hong Kong. Before returning to Hong Kong
in 1990, Mr. Lee held various key positions in financial, management and manufacturing
sectors in the USA. He has extensive experience in IT transformation, process
re-engineering, and change management, etc. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor Degree in
Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a Master's Degree in Management
Science, both from Cornell University in the USA.
