Mr. Cliff Oxford is founder and CEO of Support Technologies, Inc., the premier provider of Help Desk products and services.

Oxford¡¦s expertise in information systems boasts an impressive eleven years of Help Desk management and re-engineering experience through senior-level positions with United Parcel Service (UPS). In 1991, he spearheaded the introduction of the first distributed support desk at UPS, and subsequently implemented his Help Desk concept into all 73 UPS operating districts.


As a guest speaker in high demand, Oxford travels the globe to deliver lectures on technology investment and Help Desk Re-engineering. Most recently, Oxford was featured on World Business Review with Caspar Weinberger, Chairman of Forbes. (**remark)
