Mr. Jason Chu received his BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an instructor and speaker in high demand at various training workshops and international conferences on Call Center and Customer Relationship Management Strategy.

Christine is Head of Direct Banking overseeing the call centre and e-Commerce business for the Consumer Banking of Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong. She has been with the Bank for 7 years and has been managing business for different channels for the Bank which include branches, phone and internet.

Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Christine has been with HSBC for 8 years holding various management positions in both Corporate and Consumer Banking in Hong Kong, USA and Canada.

Mr. Stefan Rust
Director of Strategic & Venture Investments of Asia Pacific, Sun Microsystems of California Ltd

"eCRM AND IT'S IMPACT IN THE NEW ECONOMY" (CASE STUDY)

Mr. Stefan Rust has been working with the Corporate Strategy & Planing Group at Sun Microsystems since May of last year and has joined Sun in the capacity of Director of Strategic & Venture Investment for Asia Pacific based out of Hong Kong in December of last year providing direction and strategic input for Sun in the region. Sun has allocated funds of $50M for minority investments in technology centric Asian ventures.

Previously Mr. Stefan Rust was responsible for Corporate Business Development in the Asia Pacific Region for Lucent Technologies. Prior to Lucent Technologies, Stefan was based in Beijing for 4 years where he was the co-founder and Vice GM of Xin De Telecom, a finance leasing and wireless consulting boutique with over $300M invested in 4 GSM networks with over 150,000 subscribers in China.

In addition to the above, he brings with him a wealth of experience having worked for a pan-European satellite television company as well as advising reputable companies on their expansion, fund raising and operational strategies.

Stefan was born in Hong Kong. He graduated with an MBA from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Lausanne, Switzerland. Stefan speaks fluent German, English, Mandarin and conversational French.
